Pre ordered BF4 Limited Edition for PC at Gamestop, received standard copy

I already talked to the guys at my local Gamestop about my issue, there was nothing they could do.
I just really feel like I should get the map pack I was promised for pre-ordering months before hand.
They never received Limited Edition copies for PC, so I was bummed when they handed me a standard copy at launch, while I watched as all of the console players walked out of the door with their fancy LE BF4's

If anyone at DICE feels like helping me out, I can send a picture of my receipt, along with the copy they gave me.
