Premium and deluxe problems
Paid 100 pound sterling for game and premium. all premium items have gone and have not received the three gold battle packs for deluxe also I have been frozen and kicked out of games 15 times

- EA are fixing the problem you will get your moneys worth soon. They're trying to resolve the issue. I've experienced the same problem. It will be fixed soon.
