Premium Didn't Transfer From Xbox 360 to Xbox One

Okay, here's the problem. I got Premium for Battlefield on the Xbox 360 but never played Battlefield 4 on the Xbox 360. I recently bought a new Xbox One with Battlefield 4 for the Xbox One, and I loaded the game up on it. I went to multiplayer and assumed the Premium I bought on the Xbox 360 was going to transfer over, but it never did. So I read that you have to transfer your Xbox 360 soldier with premium over to the Xbox One for it to work. So I rented Battlefield 4 for the Xbox 360 so I could make a soldier on there to transfer, and it shows I am premium on the Xbox 360. Then I go back to my Xbox One and load up Battlefield 4, and it doesn't give me the option to transfer the Xbox 360 soldier with premium. So basically my problem is that I already made an Xbox One soldier before my Xbox 360 soldier, so I was never prompted to transfer the Xbox 360 soldier with premium over, so now I'm stuck with two seperate soldiers, one with premium, and one without premium. I believe a solution would be to delete my Xbox One soldier from Battlelog altogether, so that when I run Battlefield 4 on the Xbox One again, it will promt me to transfer my Xbox 360 soldier over since it no longer would have any data for me on the Xbox One. Anyone have any ideas?

  • Since Premium is attached to your Xbox Live account as an entitlement what you need to do is on Xbox one go into the BF4 in game store and download premium. Since it transfers it should come up as free, download the file, then quit BF4. Restart BF4 so the game initializes with the Premium file present and then you can download China Rising and Second Assault. After they download you'll need to click on BF4's icon in the main menu and select "manage game" and then select each of the expansions and select install in order to be able to play the expansions.

That's not the problem, it doesn't recognize that I have premium on the Xbox One, only on Xbox 360. It's telling me I have to buy premium on the Xbox One. I was never given the option to transfer because I made my Xbox One soldier BEFORE my Xbox 360 soldier and because I got the premium on the Xbox 360.
