i bought battlefield premium edition and installed the game for the first time...
and when i created my account he wasnt premium account and i got only back to karkand expansion package....
i cant get my money back from the store its to late.
help?
Everything is exactly as it should be. THe Premium Edition is the BF3 Limited edition that includes Back to Kharkand and the Preium DLC season pass. What you need to do now is right click the BF3 icon in your Origin client, select "show game detail" and then right click each expansion that isn't downloaded yet and select download and you will have all of the expansions covered by Premium.
I just checked your battlelog page http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/soldier/shani5467/stats/858530160/ and Battlelog does not see you as Premium. Did you redeem bot the Limited Edition online key and the Premium key, your BF3 Premium Edition should have come with both and will not count you as Premium and allow you to download the DLC free of charge until the stand alone Premium code is redeemed.
I recommend to look in your physical copy for the code and attempt to redeem it, if it redeems you are good to go, just log out of Origin and log back in and you should be able to download everything for free.
