Premium issue on xbox 360

So when I got on BF3 today, as most of you know, I couldn't get past the start screen. After a while I turned the xbox off and tried it again with no luck. After trying a few other simple remedies, nothing was working. I google'd the issue on my phone and what it told me to, 1: Delete the Profile Save Data, and if that doesn't work, 2: Clear the System Cache, and if you're still out of luck, 3: Delete the map packs. So what did I do? All 3 of them. Now, when I get on my laptop, I find out that this is a global issue and I did this all for nothing.

I started redownloading all of the map packs and Premium as well, because I am a premium player, but when the menu finally loaded it was just the standard non-premium menu. I redownloaded the premium file, with still no luck. I can't download the maps I got after I got premium like Aftermath, because it thinks I'm not Premium. Battlelog still knows that I'm premium, but on my xbox it seems that premium hasn't been activated. It's been downloaded, but it's not working. In order to download maps that I got with Premium, I need to rebuy them, which I have no intention of doing. A few of map packs have already downloaded that I got before premium, but that's about it. I still have 2 more map packs to go which is rather weird because it's downloaded like 4 already, but Aftermath and the other map pack I got with Premium aren't in that list. I also requeued the BF3 Premium download, but it's at the bottom of the list right now. The only thing I haven't done is clicked on "Play Now" when it tells you that the download is complete, which is why it's queued right now, so I can try it that way, to see if it's any help.

Can somebody help me with this? Is there something I'm missing? Just to recap, I've deleted the Profile Save Data, Cleared the system cache, and deleted the map packs, but I really don't remember deleting Premium.

This was actually my second and third attempt to download map packs, and when they finished downloading there was no "Congratulations! You have unlocked..." message. This time, after Armored Kill finished downloading, it gave me the message and then the next 2 map packs downloaded instantly (don't know why) and proceeded to give me the same message, and then it was Premium's turn, and sure enough it gave me the "Congratulations! You have unlocked BF3 Premium!" message. So I don't know how, but it's fixed.

I got the XBOX Premium version with a Premium Code(which is already be used)  to get all the DLCs, but NOW i don't even get one single DLC(i have to pay once again!)

slapp4ya it sounds to me like you redeemd the premium code but never downloaded your premium file.  What you will need to do is go to your download history and re-downloading your premium to your console.  Since you're on your computer it's easiest to log into the Xbox Live site at http://www.xbox.com/en-US/ and then go to "My Account" and then "Purchase History" and then scroll down until you see your premium file and click "Add to Queue" and then the next time you log into your Xbox your queued items will automatically download to your Xbox.

After you download your Premium file to your console make sure that you restart BF3 so the game initializes with the Premium file present.  When you get to the main title screen you will receive a pop up stating you are now premium and you will have a Premium background.  Next you will have to download the DLC expansions covered by Premium (the file just gives you access to download them but doesn't download them for you) via the Premium tab of the BF3 in game store (not via the Xbox Live Marketplace or it will charge you money again)then close BF3.  After all 5 expansions completely download (this could take a while since each expansion is about 2 GB) start BF3.  At the main menu you will receive a series of pop ups stating that you now have each expansion.  Now from the main menu go to multiplayer, open server browser and then open the server browser filter by clicking R3 and check all new maps and game modes or you won't find any games on the new expansions.
