Professional syndicate bug

Hi, I have all requirements, but the rewards still show as "????", bought all the weapons and most gadgets, but, have way more than 10 gadgets requirement..
What im missing?
My battlelog is FnTKz, and my psn is FnTK1

    I have the same problem it's on PS3 it shows me the reward however it says I haven't buyed the 10 professional things but I did I've buyed everything u can get on it please help
