[PS3] Hainan Resort map stuck on black loading screen

PS3 - Whenever I'm on any server that is playing on the Hainan Resort map the game is stuck on a black screen with the loading bars on the top right-hand side. I can hear people talking through their mics, but for some reason, the map will not load. Have not had this issue with any other map and this has just started in the past few months (was able to previously play/load map).

Steps Taken so far (unsuccessful):

1. Updated system 
2. Deleted ALL save data files
3. Deleted/re-downloaded DLCs
4. Deleted local account on PS3 and created a new one
5. Started PS3 in Safe Mode & rebuilt database & restored file system

Have already contacted EA and they don't know what else I can do to solve this, hope someone on here can help!
