PS3 to PS4
Hi EA,
I know there was many questions about what will happen when I buy PS3 version of BF4 and then buy PS4 console.
My question is what if i won´t buy a DVD copy but digital version ? Then I will just donwload it to my ps4 so there won´t be any compactibility problem.
Could it be possible ? I just fell unconfortable when I have to preorder this game on old console to get bonuses. Then I will buy PS4 and PS4 version of BF after preorder so it will be without bonuses and it will be just waste of money. So why just not make a one digital version that I will be able to download to both consoles. Or when I give you the activation code you could give me a new one to PS4 and the old one deactivate. So I will be able to play it on PS4 without weasting money and everyone will be happy.
To play the digital PS4 version of an eligible, retail PS3 game, players must redeem a code on the PlayStation Store and then insert the PS3 disc into the PS4. Retail PS3 games that participate in Sony's PS4 upgrade program will come with a code in the box, as reported . Codes are one-time-use and can be redeemed before the player actually owns a PS4.
Digital PS3 games won't require a code to upgrade to PS4, but they will require the actual next-gen console. On the PS4 PlayStation Store, next-gen versions of that account's PS3 games will appear discounted to $10.
