[PS4] Trigger Lock, Cannot Fire Sniper Rifles or RORSCH MK-1?

For the last 2 months Ive had problems with Sniper Rifles not firing properly. I hit my trigger/shoot button and nothing happens, I'll try again and thenIt will do it but theres a delay. Happens every time, not my controller or connection either. Battle pick up snipers are even worse as they wont fire AT ALL. 

And now with Final Stand being released I managed to kill a guy carrying the RORSCH MK-1 and pick it up off his body, but when I went to shoot it it wouldnt do anything. I tried holding the button (maybe its a chargeable weapon I thought), I tried taping the button, and nothing. It was reloaded and still had ammo, I did exactly what friends on mic said, and nothing. Just like sniper rifles I cannot shoot this weapon now either. 

Am I the only one experiencing this? I've asked loads of people and still havent found one person experiencing this as well. I cant be the only one because I know for sure its not my controller, as the only other gae this happens on is GTA 5 (and I know several oher people reporting this problem on GTA as well) But I dont know anyone else with this problem. I figured maybe Im just not using the RORSCH MK-1 right but like I said it does it with every sniper rifle as well. 

Help?

UPDATE: after spending time in an emppty server Ive found I can only shoot the RORSCH MK-1 in hip fire, so if I try nd aim down sights it wont shoot but hip fire it SOMETIMES will. However it seems to do so randomly. It did it after I tapped rappidly, It also did so when I held the button, and did so when I singe tapped. And on the flip side I could never get it to shoot the same way twice. I would rapid tap, reload, wait and then try the same way again to no avail. However if I tried holding the button for example it then would shoot randomly again after a slight delay.
