Punkbuster ban Error, EvenBalance doesn't respond?!

Hi, somebody requested a password reset, so I did it, and after that, the past three days I have been banned on Battlefield 4, (I think?) and I called someone at EA and they helped me determine that it was most likely an erroneous ban, and told me to submit a ticket to EvenBalance. He sent me a link to a ticket submission, which is filled out and submitted. 

They still have not responded to my ticket at all. Does anybody here have any good experiences from that? I'd like to know how on earth I can contact Even Balance, because when I contact anybody else about this, they just point me to them, and they don't even respond!

I am extremely frustrated and just want to play Battlefield :[

    It will take more than a day. It's summer, so I won't even guess how long it will take but it will take longer than a day, probably quite a bit longer.

    2023. Im applied many times to even balance. Their * punkbuster bunned me for no reason at 2017, and since then I'm not able to play BF4. 

    I'm frustrated and mad with punk buster
