No, I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bits and yes i'm using cloud save 🙂
Hi again!
Turn off cloud save, update, use your local save and start Battlefield 3 again. You can start Cloud save again after starting up Battlefield 3.

It should work after doing so, make sure to restart your PC aswell.
