If the player's profile can't be viewed through Origin in-game overlay, then simply open the Origin client and search for the username of the cheater and report him.

Today was a particularly bad day with cheaters on a lot of the official servers. Full on invisible, aimbot, damage increase, wall hack, etc. The mind boggles as to what goes on in the heads of these losers but one suspects they are intellectually challenged.
