Re: 2018 BF4 - MASS UNFAIR PUNKBUSTER BANS

The same thing is happening to me. I submitted a ticket to Evenbalance only to receive this garbage auto response:

We do not find this violation to be triggered in error, and it will not be removed.

The supplied GUID has been associated with hacking or interfering with the normal operation of our PunkBuster software and has therefore been compromised resulting in a global ban from PunkBuster enabled game servers. We have no way of knowing who was actually playing with this GUID at the time the violation was triggered. We also have no way to know if the violation was triggered on your specific computer. Our system does not collect personal information and furthermore we have no way to attach a cheat/hack violation to a specific person. This ban will not be lifted as then the person who did trigger the violation would again be able to join PunkBuster Servers using this GUID.

To be clear: we are not saying that you cheated as we have no way to know who triggered the violation. If it is certain that no one playing on your computer ever had a cheat/hack violation triggered by PunkBuster, then your GUID (cdkey and/or game account password) has been stolen by or leaked to someone who has used it on a different computer to trigger the violation. We do not have the means to help you find out who is responsible for compromising your GUID.

Well there isn't proof I hacked, and I know that I didn't hack. In fact BF4DB, a popular banlist for battlefield 4 has permanently stopped listing PunkBuster bans. See here: https://bf4db.com/forum/thread/punkbuster-bans-permanently-suspended-2777. I've been chatting, and I heard that an idle account that has only been running battlefield 4 in idle (0 kills, 0 deaths, and 0 anything) on a fresh copy of Windows 10 installed on a Virtual Machine has been banned by punkbuster.

With Evenbalance giving me a garbage answer, it looks like there is no other way for this to be fixed, except for EA to force Evenbalance to do something about these false bans. For this to happen, we players need to come together to protest these unfair bans, and we need to spread the word to lots of people.

post edit:

though my username is HackerNinjaz it's just a username and that's it. It's really about the "Ninjaz" that tail the "Hacker" to kill him in the game by sneaking around in the shadows and being sneaky like a Ninja. anyways thought I'd add this just to explain the name, even though it's completely irrelevant
