Having the same problem. Spoke to EA twice and they just blamed my Xbox account. Spoke to Xbox and all my settings are good and my Xbox live membership is good. Haven't been able to play for a week now.

- I'm having the same problem. I've tried everything from hard reset to power cycling and resetting my network and no dice. Apparently this has been a common problem since the newest update, as I heard from Xbox support. They even checked my subscription status and determined that the problem is on EA's end. I can connect to any other multiplayer game except for BF1. I even logged into origin on my computer and played battlefield 4 no problem. Some people say reinstall but others on Reddit and other EA forums say that doesn't work either. When will they resolve this issue? Granted, my BF1 came with the bundle, but it's still frustrating to not be able to play my favorite aspect of the battlefield games.
