Is the game visible on the 'My Games' list in your Origin account?

Check that you are logged in to the same account on which you purchased the games. Players often end up creating more than one account (this has happened to me).

 

Please make sure you have "Show: All Games" and "All Platforms" selected in MY GAMES. 

There is not code to download BF3 Premium, it is an account entitlement that is automatically applied to your Origin account allowing you to download the BF3 expansions for free.  There are also two items with similar names in Origin, the "Battlefield 3 Premium Edition" which includes the base game and all DLC expansion packs, and "Battlefield 3 Premium" which is a season pass for all DLC expansion packs without the base game.  If you don't already have BF3 but bought Premium you will not have a game in your "My Games" tab of the Origin client.  If this is what you purchased and you do not already have BF3 please contact EA Customer support:  https://help.ea.com/contact-us and they can fix this for you.  If you purchased the BF3 Premium Edition you will see the BF3 Limited Edition in the games section of your origin client to download.

It also may take up to 48 hours for your digital content to be available depending on the speed of your bank's charge verification processes.  If it's been over 48 hours please speak with a Game Advisor for an order status.
