Re: Battlefield 4: 'Kicked by Punkbuster'

I am also having Punkbuster issues, @EA_Atic. I've never before had any issues with bans/kicks from PB, because I don't hack or cheat. Last week it suddenly decided I was using "multihack" and this week I'm getting 1200 minute bans. For no reason. No changes on my end other than regular software updates.

You have a violation with punkbuster, not a ban.  Your only recourse is to appeal to them at https://www.evenbalance.com/troubleticket/

A violation differs from a ban (until you get a global guid ban).  Punkbuster kicks for violations, thrid party sites however chose to use violations and make their own ban based on it.

You would need to appeal to pbbans to play on servers that use their 3rd party plugin.  ( as you already know from your other post elsewhere)

You can still play the game, but not on servers using pbbans.  Those are private servers running a plugin that EA has no control or input on.

The only reason I'm on PBBans' list is because EA's contractor Punkbuster/EvenBalance - which it's responsible for - falsely issued an accusation against a non-violating player. This Punkbuster BS remains EA's fault, regardless of how many times EA says "a third party company" to duck the issue.
