Hi guys I have solved this from another post in this forum apologies I didn't know how to copy the link here. But the reason for this happening is that your orgin account is classed as an underage account. Therefore you gamertag or psn is linked to that. So when you load it recongises that u are underage so the game never loads . The way to solve it to either create a new account at the orgin website or contact support and get them to transfer your gamertag to a new over 18 account. There is a small risk you can lose in game purchases for any EA GAME. I lost some achievement s from FIFA 14 but can now play battlefield. Will try and copy the link. This really sucks as there is no warning or anything the game just won't load.
