I just purchased the premium pass and logged into BF1 for the first time in a while. I am also missing my class ranks and war bonds on the customize soldier screen. EA support told me to play a few games to allow the server to sync, but that did nothing. They told me to wait a day... I waited... that also did nothing. I'm reading that other people are having this problem as well. EA has turned off their chat and email contacts for support according to their website... but I need to know when this is going to be fixed. If it's not soon, I need to refund on these DLCs while I still can.
Will someone from EA please respond and let us know when this is going to be fixed?!?
