Could you please tell us if you are installing the game via Origin, Steam or just from the disk and have you tried to clean boot your operation system?

Thanks EA....B for getting back to me. Well, I tried to use the disk as I have many times with my other computer but it would not work because it said my version needed to be updated and when I clicked yes, it stalled. Did not ask if i wanted to play the old version so this time I went to Orgin where it posted my two games BATTLEFIELD/BC2 and MEDAL OF HONOR WARFIGHT LIMITED EDITION. It took too long so I quit.....until last night. I have another post on this problem where I decided to just see how long it would take to download and install....21hours to download and 40 minutes to install and the d#$% thing would not even attempt to play. Just wanted me to install. I know nothing about a "clean boot" will will find out and try it. Thanks.
