Your system is an in-between, with an above-average graphics device matched to what in today's terms amounts to average or low side of average. The game recommendations (attached below) support high graphics, high screen resolution, and 55-upward FPS animation rates. Minimum isn't quite that good. You are in between minimum and recommended, so you eventually ought to get running at in between settings, that's what I meant to say.
None of that explains the extended long load times or poor performance in comparison with what the game requirements are set up to tell the PC owner whether he can play a given game, and how well. Anyway, you know that Answer HQ is a lot of game players, not EA techs, right?
No one else has popped in with anything to say, not even to razz me about my mental slip-up this morning. If that stays the same, you may want to try EA Help, but it's Friday, and most of them will leave for home at 10:00PM, not to be back until Monday, leaving only a very few to answer the live chat, so I guess I'd have to suggest you get started in the waiting queue while the wait time is only an hour, instead of guaranteed over two hours tomorrow.
