Hey @androidnb @AreyouokY_Y,
Sorry to hear you guys are experiencing this issue.
If both of you are using AMD, have both of you tried force updating to Windows 1803? This seems to make things a bit better for AMD Users.
Here are some other things you can try:
1. Perform a Clean Boot:

2. Manually Uninstall/Reinstall Origin:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin/
3. Clear Origin Cache:

4. Run CCleaner:

Hope this helps.
Thanks 🙂

I'm not an AMD user, but....
I have an Intel i7 cpu with a Nvidia 1080 gfx card and I was having the same issues.
I thought only AMD users were having issues.
But it seems some of us intel users too.
After playing on a server 5-10 minutes, the game would freeze and exit to desktop.
I uninstalled these 2 windows updates from my PC (KB4284835 and KB4103721) and it fixed it for me.Turn off automatic updates in windows and do not reinstall these updates from Microsoft for the time being till it is fixed.
I just played 2 hours without any freeze or exit to desktop.Hope this helps.
