Hello OtiTheLwtHakanW7,

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing.

Have you logged into your Battlefield 1 game on your designated platform and made sure the Dog Tag was there?

Sometimes if you check the Companion App on Mobile first, it does not sync with your account until you log into your account on your designated Platform.

Also, if you did log into the Game first, have you tried playing a couple rounds of Conquest to make sure your account synced up?

If none of these steps work, please allow another day or two for the Dog Tag to be distributed.

If you did the Community Mission, I'm more than positive it will show up for you.

    To add to that:

    Yes, you would have to log in to the game itself (PC or console, whichever applicable) for the tag to be triggered. If it still doesn't show up, you can always reach out to an EA Advisor for assistance.

    still nothing i contacted ea support and they told to just post it on the forums ...😢

    Sorry you still have not received the Tag.

    I see that you have contacted Support, but have you spoke to someone via Chat?

    Generally they are able to assist better and can unlock the Dog Tag for you.

    i contacted  them only via live chat  its not that i care that much for the dog tag and the xp boost but to get the secret reward that dice said you need to complete all 3 missions and it sucks i wont get it because i didnt recived the rewards for the first mission

    I got dog tag. Now i am waiting for the mission 2, because it looks is not gonna be in the tracker... 🙂

    For this next Mission, all you need to do is win 3 rounds of Rush, between August 5th-August 13th!

    I'm having the exact same issue. Completed the mission in July and have been logging onto bf1 regularly. Still no dog tag. It's frustrating I can't complete the mission series now even though I know I won three complete rounds of operations. Tried the chat help service to get it fixed but they said they couldn't and try online. fml

    Hey @craiglawls,

    Sorry to hear about this issue you've been having.

    If you completed three full matches of Operations, the Dog Tag should be there for you.

    Also, Live Chat Support are the people that are supposed to assist you with unlocking this Dog Tag.

    I suggest trying to contact them one more time, and see if they can assist you.

    Again, sorry for any frustration.
