OKAY, here's the deal.I first said it did not work for me THEN after re reading the instructions I went and signed out and back in NOT turn off and back on as I forst did. That made all the difference. Thank you

I spoke too soon as following the directions of first turning off the xbox 360 with the button and then turning the modem off for twenty secs...etc seemed to be working as before I always froze during the app download after 3 % progress but with this method I got up to 40% before it failed/froze. I assumed i would have success but alas it did not

EA is terrible, I have never played MUT on any Madden because of their stupid system. I can't play BF4, I can't play FIFA. All around completely hate EA. Can someone help?

ive been having the same issue i cannot connect to Battlfield 4 it started a few days ago. and i cant load multiplayer... tried reseting router and clearing cache....

same problem.... its aug 2016. and seems like this has been happening on and off for years... i keep getting disconnected from live, and it wont even connect to EA so i cant even run multi player on BF4 it friggin blows.... never had this issue until this last week. occasionally ill get a match but its not right... itll load random weapons and * i dont even have, thats when it will actually connect me.... otherwise i cant ever connect. its stupid.
