Are you both still seeing this today? If the issue persists has anything changed on your system since you could play last?
Can you try a full restart of your system (hold the front button until it beeps and shuts down) and try again?
Thanks. - I also cant play any dlc, it's acting like it isn't installed.

I launch the game, and at the startup screen when I select my profile, I have roughly 30 seconds to find an open match and join, if it takes more than a few seconds to connect to a server, or I don't find an open server in time, I am booted entirely out of the game to the Xbox home screen. Also, if I leave a game the race begins again, I only have a few seconds to find and join an open server before the game closes out on me. The rent a server option won't allow me to click on any of the server options, and campaign works if I select and load it fast enough. Today the only difference I've noticed is that the symptoms have gotten worse. Now after selecting my profile the little loading bar says "welcome to battle field, prepare for all-out war, etc." but then it says "connecting" and after about 30 seconds of saying that I get dumped back at the Xbox home screen without even the opportunity to attempt to race the clock to find a match. However I have noticed that the intro video and the profile selection screen will function without a time limit if I don't attempt to actually select a profile and move to the game menus.
- ApprovedAnonymous9 years agoI'm having the same problem. I've tried the following: 1) hard reset of Xbox one. 2) reset alternate MAC address. 3) unplugged xbox one over night. 4) completely reset my xbox (reset to factory and wiped the whole hard drive). 5) uninstalled and redownloaded digitally. 6) tried hard wired and Wi-Fi. All of these and still, after 15 seconds after selecting profile, battlefield 4 crashes and returns to XBox home screen. This IS clearly on EA side, not XBox. All it takes is for a single person to Google this problem and you will clearly see that it's a real problem. Need help please!?!?
