@illugakun89 Hi, in most cases like this there's an account mixup and the Xbox progression is linked to a separate email address.

I checked your posting account, it isn't linked to any Xbox account. Is this the one you're using the log in? If so, please try any alternate addresses that you might have linked to your Xbox account.
