The same problem exists in battlefield 4. But there is no problem in other games.

And that's the danger playing with hardware that is below the minimum required specs - for a while you might play just fine until a game, windows, or GPU update comes down and suddenly you can no longer play the game.

  • The processor is enough for Battlefield 4. Then why does it freeze?
In addition, other people can play with this processor.

There is a big leap from Battlefield 4 to Battlefield 1 when it comes to hardware requirements. @Marks-Lenin-Mao

The Minimum Requirements for Battlefiled 1 are

    OS: 64-bit Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10
    Processor (AMD): AMD FX-6350
Processor (Intel): Intel Core i5 6600K
    Memory: 8GB RAM
Graphics card (AMD): AMD Radeon™ HD 7850 2GB
Graphics card (NVIDIA): NVIDIA GeForce® GTX 660 2GB
DirectX: 11.0 Compatible video card or equivalent
Online Connection Requirements: 512 KBPS or faster Internet connection
    Hard-drive space: 50GB

Your CPU is below those Requirements. When your playing is your CPU on 100% usage in Battlefield 1?
