Actually once you registered the disk to your account,the disk is link to your account permanently,
de authorize only allow it to be use on another computer,up to Max of 5 consoles.
If you sell it off,the new owner will not be able to play the game unless new owner have your account details ,which will enable new owner to use it for gaming as the disk serial code is link to your account.
Will be much easier to get a refund or you can speak to EA advisor about it!
