Just tried the clean boot method, sadly without success.
Disabled all services that are not from windows, beside Avira Antivir, but the problem remained.
Then I tried it with Origin Client Service and Origin Web Helper Service activated while everything else was disabled, same result.

Hmm. Weird. Can you try the other Firefox versions? I have not seen reports on the same issue from other players. Can you gather a DxDiag for us?

@EA_Archi What Firefox version do you have in mind? A x86 one or an older version?
See attachment for dxdiag file.
Edit: Removed dxdiag file since the issue got resolved.

@kadney Thank you for the diag file. I will forward your post to our experts. As for the Firefox version, I meant the older one.

@EA_Archi Tried 50.1 x86 and 46.0 x64 , no difference.
The only thing I notice that it won't open the battlelog browser tab when I click on "play" in Origin, much likely because it isn't set as standard browser.
When I go to the battlelog page manually, it's the same as with the 50.1 x64 version.
Edit:
Just tried Firefox 50.1 x64 in safe mode and it worked. Guess there is some browser addon or i don't know what that's interfering with Battlelog.

Thank you @kadney for testing this for us. Hope you are able to play the game now.
Let me know if there is anything else we can do for you.
Cheers,
Archi

@EA_Archi It appears that the problem is somehow tied to the Firefox addon "No Script".
If I deactivate it entirely, battlelog works. (I can join servers, server ping is shown, recommended server is shown on the default battlelog page)
But I am not sure what exactly causes it not to work. Does anyone on your team use this plugin?
Edit: I was able to locate and resolve the problem.
For anyone that might search for this later on:
The error is caused by the Firefox Addon "NoScript". In order to get Battlelog working again, you have to:1. Go to the NoScript settings -> "Advanced" tab -> "ABE"
2. Uncheck "ABE (Application Boundaries Enforcer) enable"3. Restart Firefox.
Found the solution in this old Battlelog Thread:
[How to] BF4 works without Plug-in!
Thank you @EA_Archi for trying to help me. Maybe the problem and solution should be added to a troubleshooting guide somewhere.
