I bought me and my friend this on steam, I can verify the proof of purchases, But I can't find our Serial IDs, Can someone help me get these so we can play online? that was the main reason I bought the games, multiplayer. (Right clicking does not work)
Unfortunately, I've the same issue. Bought the bandle in Steam Battlefield 2 Bad Company, but when I'm checking the files - there are only Specact kit DLC & Vietnam(2 keys). But it doesn't have the main key from original game... seems the Multiplayers required. I've contacted the EA Support, but they still haven't responded.
Get a refund. EA likely won't provide you with a key just like they haven't for my MOH10. Official server shutting down end of year anyways. Vietnam has 0 players exactly right now and SPECACT you may already have for free + it's worthless skins.
Get a refund on the bundle and buy the base game only for half price.

Basicly EA or Steam does not provide a key for the main game, hence making it impossible to activate the non-existent key. Hence why it's EA job to provide a key for their product or fix their listings on the steam store.
@DeltaDenzyeah,really screenshots are truly vital to that. It took awhile and i talked with 2 different customer representatives. The last one finally helped me by adding it to my ea library and now it is all fixed. So really thanks for sharing that link.

Edit: I just figured it out
After the case opens don't trust it. At least in my language it was vague and unclear how to proceed. After writing an additional entry to my case I received the option to start a live chat. The EA representative was able to add the base game to the EA app (not steam!). I had to add the DLC's myself. GO into steam and take the two serial keys from there. Then add them in your EA app library.
I hope that helps everyone else. Please be nice to the representatives. EA might try to limit their customer duties, but their employees are not the bad execs but people like us.
