My account was apparently hacked, too. One night I played, the next night I couldn't log in. I clicked the "forgot password" link and went to check my email and saw that a few days prior there was an email saying my address had been changed. I followed the steps at help.ea.com to make a new account so that I can contact EA. I've clicked on the Call Me. We'll see what happens.

Just now completed a call with a Game Advisor. Got my account back! 🙂  Took less than 30 minutes on the phone, and a lot of that time was me asking questions. The hacker had changed my email address, password, date of birth, and user id. Fortunately, real life data like credit card info is not kept in the account, only game info. The Game Advisor added a security question to my account that can only be seen by Game Advisors.
