i use ps3, just did what you said, on the battlelog it doesnt says that i am premium, loged out and in 5 times but still doesnt work, i will try this support, thanks

i think i have the same problem, and already sent an email for the support team. i had an idea to, is there a way that i can erease all the premium content ive downloaded , and them trying to do it again?
