had this same problem but I fixed! sorry about my english I am from Brazil.
Go to ps4 in Configurations- Initialization - restore configurations standard.
I Have done this and now I can Play Multiplayer. Hope I help You all.

I have not lost my connection to PSN all other games work flawlessly as does netflix I have run connection checks and reset my modem my router and my PS4 several times... I am NOT the only one having this issue someone please fix whatever is wrong with the EA servers and stop trying to blame it my PSN connection when my PSN connection is perfectly fine for everything else.
This problem has persisted for well over 24 hours now... I'm extremely displeased.
