Cant rent a server or extend old one ps4 I tried the test connection method also tried to un install the game and re install still the menu is broken

Anyone know why this is?
None of us can renew or rent servers please fix this
I’m unable to extend the renewal of my Battlefield 4 server that is brought inside the game of battlefield 4. The option to renew multiplayer servers has gone. No one has the option to rent a new server or extend their current server.
Connectivity troubleshooting steps do not help as this has affected all PlayStation users only.
Can we at least get an "PSA" as to why this has been taken away. There is no announcement or server closure announcement which is frustrating.
