Re: Unable to connect to EA servers

So here is the response that I got from EA from the ticket I submitted. I stated that I did all these things already and it did not fix it. They then responded with a boiler plate answer telling me to do the same thing I said I did that didn't fix the issue.

Greetings,

EA Customer Experience

Notice how the case was closed even though I still cannot connect? Thanks for telling me to do the same thing I said I already did with no improvement!

What a waste of time. I'm asking for a refund first. If they refuse, I'm doing a chargeback. I don't want a game that is not able to function as intended. If they are not willing to help in a meaningful way, then I'll go with another game that will work.

Have you checked with your local EA Helpdesk wheter your account has been suspended or not? I had the same issue and apparently my account had a suspension on it. Contacted my local EA helpdesk via phone and they opened a dispute for me. Still waiting on that result, but seeming you got the same issue I would recommend  you doing so.

I will contact them and find out but it is highly unlikely considering I just bought the game and immediately after purchasing it I wasn't able to connect.

Doesn't make a difference. Your it's something related to the Origin account and not the fact of owning the game or not. I bought the game Friday 21st and haven't been able to go online since installing the game.
