Look people i contact with ea and he says that we need to try that https://help.ea.com/es-es/help/faq/opening-tcp-or-udp-ports-for-connection-issues but if not works do uotrace and contact YOU with ea

Hi, I can play now. What I did is watch this video that is not my channel and there is no announcement, it is the solution https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8K0FyHBwiy4 where is it? You need to open cleanUp.exe and I think it will work and if it will do the same steps as it. If you need more help, post your problem here if I can help you, I will help you. same error for weeks, so I got tired of troubleshooting and bought bf1 yesterday, and guess what, same dam error , what a joke... and this is a new freshly built gaming pc.
Found a new FIX! i changed my hosts file (for how heres the link https://support.microsoft.com/it-it/help/972034/how-to-reset-the-hosts-file-back-to-the-default)
