Re: Xbox 360 to Xbox One transfer

As mentioned in this sticky thread http://answers.ea.com/t5/Battlefield-4/Xbox-360-Xbox-One-and-PS3-PS4-stat-transfer-issue/m-p/5183796#U5183796 X360-XOne stat transfer currently does not work. There is no way to solve this problem from player side. DICE is aware of the issue and is working on a fix, but it currently is unknown when it's going to go live.

Premium transfer is not affected, so it almost certainly is a separate issue. Have you tried to download Premium from Xbox marketplace? If you did and it asked you for money, I recommend contacting help.ea.com about this matter, as this should not happen.
