Im just here to drop request/report on BF4DB, the third party anti cheat provider for most of the few remaining battlefield 4 servers. They have banned me from all the servers they provide to citing the stats from a single match i played 3 YEARS AGO. while i agree the stats are a bit wild, they are also from playing in hardcore modes, stats that i have not been able to repeat, and are stats I've seen other players achieve before with no punishment. They have no actual proof and have refused any kind of dialogue about the matter after denying my ban appeal because i was "obviously hacking", save for a single mod asking about the situation. basically i was banned because they THINK i was hacking, and after spending some time in few various BF4 server discords, and many people agreeing it was no grounds for a ban, I've also discovered that its not uncommon for BF4DB admins to ban someone simply out of pettiness. This whole thing has in essence taken away my ability to use the multiplayer mode of a product that I've paid money for and have a right to use as I've violated no TOS. BF4's innate anti cheat software also had not flagged my account or detected any foul play, which further reinforces that i wasn't hacking and these people are, at this time, simply blocking my access to a service i paid for. therefore I'm requesting that EA assist in making it so that BF4DB be required to allow me access back to the various servers they provide service too if possible and cease any further interference unless they can provide proof of foul play or violation of TOS, I.e, unban my IP This post is being made from a newly made account that customer service has kindly merged my old account into due to an error with verification emails not coming through via my old email, and due to me trying to consolidate my various gaming accounts under a single email. I still cannot play in the servers the BF4DB provides service to because they banned my IP entirely.
also, before anyone says anything, ive already contacted support and they said to make a post here and in battlefield general about this and that an admin would respond to it to take it further from here.

Didn't realize i had double posted it. nice to see though that after 9 months theres still no reply of any kind. Makes me feel like dice really cares
