Reports not showing/loading.

I'm having a problem with Battlelog, unfortunately.
Do let me know if this is the wrong place to post this here, of course!

The problem is that at the end of a round, Battlelog doesn't chime as it usually does to alert me that there's a new report.
In fact, it doesn't show the report at all anymore, in that drop-down menu in the top right in Battlelog. It hasn't shown it there since a week.
When I go to "Reports" through 'Profile > Stats > Reports', then they do show there. However, nine out of ten times, the list won't load. I'll have to click multiple times for it to work. And even if it does load, often the specific reports won't load.

I've tried a few things, but I assume that it's on EA's end, seeing as I can't do much about the report not popping up.
