13 years agoReticle stuck.
-When I spawn I'm aiming at the ceiling/sky and cannot move the reticle down. -The problem is exclusive to BF3 & Medal of Honor Warfighter. The 2 Origin/EA games I'm actively playing at the moment. ...
Again, please escalate my issue to a higher level of support. A 32 bit OS can only recognize 4 GB of RAM. I have 24 GB on this system. Your "solution" is not a solution for anyone with more than an entry level consumer PC, which many gamer's systems are not.
My issue requires a professional that can first realize that if 2 separate games launching in 2 separate application environments, i.e. Sony's launch screen & Steams launch screen, are working without issue it's probably not the end users PC causing the issue.
I too have provided software support for 6 years now. When I first started, I did not have all the answers; however, I did know that if I couldn't resolve the issue I should escalate it to someone that can.
Please do not attempt further troubleshooting as it is clear you do not understand the issue. Just escalate it as requested.
Thank you.

This is your problem:
You're not the first who got this problem, they done it same and it worked for them. I just wanted to help you, since it worked for other people. I leave this now, and i will reply this to a more higher support. Hope you solve it.
