@RanzigeRidder2, the Russian Axe and the Grappling Hook are the 2 new puzzle piece melee weapons that came with the Turning Tides DLC, you will find them in your Battlepack menu. I hope it won´t take too long to unlock them.

@cdev1981 correct, the entire battlepack system is a lotttery. I completed the Operation Campaign, Eastern Storm, 5 times: 2 Russian Axe puzzle pieces, 2 French Butcher Knife puzzle piece (already owned) and 1 Russian Award Knife puzzle piece (also already owned).
So hoping a new campaign where these can be earned will be live soon as it’s the final Weapon’s codex I need.

It has been confirmed that the Russian Axe puzzle pieces remain exclusively available through Operations Campaign battlepacks, so I guess I can start spending those scraps on other stuff now:

Thanks for that! I didn't know and always play a few rounds of the operations but never have a Russian axe. I played earlier in the week and got the French Butcher's knife so couldn't be asked again as I hate the Russian maps (Snipers) but played today and was amazed to finally get a Russian axe jigsaw piece. The bad news is it finished tomorrow so won't be able to play enough games to get another 4........................
Hi @oscar28052009 the Fire and Ice Operations Campaign that is currently running does not end today. When I checked last night in-game on the Operations menu, the timer on the screen said 5 days remaining, and that's also what is confirmed on the official battlefield calendar. So you will have some more time to collect the puzzle pieces on this Operation, and I'm pretty sure that there will be another campaign live again after this one. Last time the Campaigns went live almost back to back.
So given the fact you can complete 2 campaigns per day, you still will have a chance until the current campaign ends. I need 1 more puzzle piece for the Russian Axe myself, and it still depends on chance. As per my previous post the 3 melee weapons (Russian Axe, Russian Award Knife and the French Butcher Knife) will remain the exclusive rewards in the Operations Campaign battlepack. So you will have a chance of 1/3 to get the Russian Axe piece.

Thanks very much for that. Yes you're right it does have 5 days left. I played two games yesterday and was really lucky that both battle packs had the Russian axe piece in them. So I have 3 pieces now.
Hope you managed to get your final piece for the axe and thanks again for the info, much appreciated.
