Screen freaks out when ever I get into air vehicle and even in some ground ones too..

BF4 for xb1. When ever I try to fly like a jet, attack heli or scoot heli my screen will just start freaking out making hard to fly and shoot at anything. These work fine in 3rd person just not first person.. When I am on foot im perfectly fine and in some ground vehicles im fine. Mostly just air stuff I can't use any more because of this issue. This has been going on for a while now and im kinda of sick of it, never get to use half the vehicles in the game because its pointless.. Please help.
