This is odd and you should have the Expansion. I recommend going to EA Support and contacting them - just provide proof of purchase and they should be able to give your account the expansion.

I did talk to a EA Advisor but we couldn't fix the problem, the thing is that i do have the DLC, it shows as owned and installed on Steam, and also on EA Play, the problem is that the game is not recognizing it, and i already went tru all the possible troubleshooting with the EA Advisor, so i don't know what else to do, i have the dlc is there, but is just the game that is having the problem recognizing it

Did you already go to the "manage" tab on the EA app. If you go there you will find all the dlc for the game to be downloaded, excluding the free dlc which is found in the "add ons" tab
