Serious Battlefield 3 glitch/bug

I have been experiencing this problem since yesterday and it hasn't even been 1 week since  bought this game, I bought the game played for like 3-4 days and one time while my ps3 was kept horizontally my mom came in and accidentally touched the ps3 and it fell so the disc was out from its original place. I took it out placed it in again and the gun is gone now.

Causes

- Cannot see the gun

- Cannot shoot

- Cannot melee kill

- Cannot throw grenades

Though the problem was on the disc and bought premium and still the same.

I just discovered that when I'm on the copper I can shoot but still I cannot see the gun

I restored the default setting and now even my crosshairs are gone.

Can anybody help me please?

    For a couple of players, cleaning the disk helped to solve this issue (even if its sound a little bit weird). But a not small amount of no gun glitches is related to a unclean or scratched disc.

    Try to deinstall the HD package for BF3, sometimes this pack can cause glitch issues.

    Try to reinstall the game, but start it without the expansion packs:

    1. Delete the BF3 game data (not the savegame data)
    2. After that, you can run a PS3 file system scan
    3. Clean the BF3 disc
    4. Install BF3 without expansion packs
    5. Re-activate online pass
    6. Start the game and play several matches.
    7. If that worked, install B2K etc.
