Server DC (can't join), but not on all, after reinstall W10

Hello Guys,  i have a big Problem and the technical Service from EA can't help me we tried it 5 times already.  After reinstall Windows 10 i can't play on all servers (90%). If i'm lucky than ...

Can you please provide more details about your issue as much as you can?

    @IIPrest0nII thank you for your fast reply,

    The game is installed from "Origin".

    I get the " Error: Game disconnected: could not join server"

    When I try to "friend join" or manually the Server on which he is playing (we tried 7 Server but all failed).

    When I do Quick Match 1 out of 5 Server i can join to play.

    The most strange thing is, that one time it worked to nesh my notebook(with ea help), I could join server the servers i wanted but after i got out from server to call friend to play, it was all on square one with the problem and nesh didn't work.

      @Sluby1 Are you trying to join DLC servers? If you are can you verify that all DLC is installed in Origin by right clicking the BF3 tile in Origin and selecting "Show Game Details"?
