Which web browser are you using when on Battlelog? Also, if you are not on Chrome, are you using the Plug-in or the Plug-in Free option?
Im using firefox,and using plug in

You could try to enable the options" " under the setting tab on your battlelog.
You could also try to change browser like firefox or Internet Explorer.
