I want to know is it possible for to change your rented server(ps3) to a other location, because i putt the wrong server location it is now West Us and I want to change it to Europe is that possible ...

Like the person said above me you can't change the region after you set it.
"No. once you select a region for your dedicated server it is locked. If you would like to use a different region you will have to start a new dedicated server lease. Existing leases are nontransferable."
