Special Operations Squads Concept

I heard that sometimes DICE devs will pop in on these forums to see what people are talking about/suggesting for ideas in the next Battlefield. So thought I'd share an idea for you all and any devs popping in (as unlikely as that is). I was thinking that since it's sounding like we will be seeing higher player counts in BF6 (supposedly around 128 players) I think that would leave enough room on both teams, depending on squad sizes, for there to be designated Special Operations squads. Let's say squad sizes are four player squads. Two squads (8 players on a team) are specifically designated as Special Operations squads. They have unique squad identifiers in the UI/Menu and maybe even their character models have a more elite/operator aesthetic to them. Basically, your team will know who the Special Ops squad members are. So this idea is heavily predicated on the Commander role coming back (not holding my breath but I'm hopeful). Essentially, the Special Operations squads on either team are given additional objectives to the primary ones with the rest of the players. So in Conquest, the primary objective for everyone is still to capture flags but the Commander can assign his team's Special Operations squads additional objectives to destroy or dismantle enemy support assets i.e. artillery, radar, UAV stations etc. This will handicap the enemy team's Commander and the individual systems will remain offline until an engineer can repair what was destroyed or dismantled. BF2 had a very early version of this idea but anyone on a team could go and destroy enemy assets. I'm thinking that only the designated Spec Ops squads would be able to accomplish these objectives. I think this would be a cool way to introduce different ways of playing and add new gameplay layers specifically to the standard Conquest game mode. Let me know what you guys think and add in your own ideas that you believe could go well this concept. See you on the battlefield.
