Hey, @Iside_yolk Can you try to turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.
Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?
Let me know if this works or not for you. 🙂

- @EA_Atic I have the same problem as OP but your solution does not work. I tried several previous solutions from much older threads such as editing the registry or use an alternate punkbuster installer, but nothing works either. 32bit works well but 64bit will crash almost immediately.
I am using R9 380 as GPU and Ryzen 1600 as CPU. - EA_Atic4 years ago

@Klatscher68 @spe4m1 Are both you trying to start the game from Steam?
Have you had a look on troubleshooting guide here? https://answers.ea.com/t5/Battlefield-4/Troubleshooting-Punkbuster-Steam-version/m-p/9226532#M234916
/Atic Makes sure Steam is linked to the Origin account and try to run the game via Origin then, if a steam version.
Maybe also try to run the game and Origin as Administrator.

I also heard that reinstalling Origin client may fix the issue.
Maybe even "repair game" could be an option. 🤨
