Still having stuttering issues

You can hear the windows "device connected/reconnected" sound right after the stuttering.

I followed another post about this same issues but their solution didn't work for me.

Is there a way to disable the anti cheat? I think this is the reason things went bad.

Any help is appreciated. I am so irritated that i can't play my game without this happening and EA is the worst when it comes to making a case.
