stolen license key for Battlefield 4

Hello! I'm from Ukraine, so sorry for my english. My license code was stolen 3 month ago. I did not notice it because didnt play Battlefield 4 some time. 1 month ago i asked help in russian support, ...

    Instead of running setup from the disc, use the download version in your Origin client.

    1) Download and install the latest Origin Client from the website. https://www.origin.com/download (if not installed already)
    2) Login to your Origin client.
    3) Put the game disc in your DVD tray but do not start setup from the disc.
    4) Right click on your game in you Origin client and choose "download"

    Origin should detect the disc inserted and install from it. Once the game has been installed check for updates by right clicking
    the game and choose "check for updates".

Unfortunatly, I am in other place and i cant to do printscreen. When i launch Battlefield 4 i get the error "Product activation is required"(or something like that). Then i enter key and get the next error: "This code has been used"

It sounds like the license key would have been disabled from your account somehow, but that is probably not the case. 

As silly as it sounds, you might want to doublecheck that you are on the right account (credit to madmaxtun )

    I have only one account on Origin, so i am sure that I logged in rightly.
